Coaching/Leadership Skills Development, Employee Conflict Resolution, & Remedial Measures (Refresh Your Knowledge) Training

We provide customized coaching and counseling in a one-on-one setting for employees and managers to improve self-awareness, better communicate with others with whom they interact in the workplace, and to ensure they honor not just the letter and spirit of the law but also treat those with whom they interact with respect, professionalism, and dignity.

These private and extremely interactive sessions are facilitated by a personable coach, with experience in teaching best practices in communicating effectively, leading responsibly and with dignity, and skills that make good managers great. The level and amount of coaching necessary will depend upon the issue to be resolved, the skills to be built, and the individual’s experience, background, and unique workplace challenges. If useful to the process, we may also offer assessments to help our clients become more self-aware, which can be used as tools to better understand those with whom they regularly interact. Frequently, we also assign reading, exercises, homework, and provide audio or reading materials that will help leaders with their learning journey and personal & professional growth.

In addition to our coaching and leadership skills-building sessions, we have a few dedicated coaches who work to mediate employee conflict and strive to build a better and more productive/functioning workplace relationship. Finally, from time to time, we also assist clients who need specialized one-on-one remedial training to refamiliarize themselves with applicable laws, employment policies, Company cultures/values, and other important norms that will improve their workplace environment and relationships with others.
