Employee, Manager, and HR Compliance Training

Our instructor-led classroom training courses are conducted by experienced attorneys and are customized to meet your needs, the training issues to be explored and to adapt to your organization’s culture, with specific, relevant and engaging exercises, and content. We believe a qualified live trainer is the most effective method for providing managers and employees with a clear understanding of what is and is not appropriate workplace behavior, as well as training managers on the proper steps to take to prevent, detect and correct workplace issues.

Our training sessions are interactive, utilizing a live trainer who engages the audience with “practicing skill” exercises designed to stimulate interaction, provoke thoughtful discussion, and ensure retention of the material. These exercises provide employees & managers with the opportunity for the hands-on practice of the skills they require to successfully navigate workplace conduct expectations and to comply with an employer’s standards and applicable law.
